VIDEO: Pump Testing Of A Borehole Being Established At Kalangala Orphanage Centre

The video clip shows pump testing of the production well (borehole) being established at Kalangala Orphanage Centre, located at Kalangala village, Lwankoni sub-county, Rakai district-Uganda.

The yield is so good (at least 14,000 litres per hour) that the Centre's current and future water needs will be served.

Next steps include fitting the pedestal, casting, pump and power installation.

The financing of the project is by German friends coordinated by Simone Zingel.
