Life Comes To Namayiba Village

On Monday, May 1st, PDG Lion Victor Carlsen Jr gave a new lease of life to the people of Namayiba village in Mukono District-Uganda when he commissioned a borehole sponsored by 5 Lions Clubs in Norway.

The clubs are singled out here for recognition and they are the Lions Clubs of Skånevik, Sauda, Vindafjord, Etne and Skjold/Vikebygd. Tusen Takk.

Appreciating the enormous contribution made to their community the area leaders said that this was the only safe water source in an area spurning 9 villages!!!
