Those were the words of one of the jubilant women of Bugono village-Uganda on Tuesday, July 14th, when the Lions Clubs International Director, Svein Berntsen, on behalf of the Sponsors, the Lions Club of Askoy, Norway commissioned one of the 5 boreholes that were drilled recently.
